Our practitioners are experienced in treating all types of pain and developing an appropriate rehabilitation program to suit your needs. Body & Health Creation have been providing myotherapy, remedial massage, relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage and pregnancy massage to the people of Melbourne and the CBD for over 15 years. We are in close proximity to Carlton, North Melbourne and Parkville with easy access via car parking and trams 19 and 59 going past the front door.

Deep tissue massage:
more intense than a relaxation massage aiming to get to those deep set muscle aches and pains releasing all the stress that has been building for a while.
Remedial massage:
remedial massage is targeted at injury treatment and prevention, focusing in on a smaller area of the body which aims to maximise recovery.
Sports massage:
pre and post event massage can be aimed at loosening the body and increasing your range of motion to maximise your results, or it can be used to minimise your recovery time, helping the body overcome the rigors of the event.
Pregnancy massage:
used to ease the pain associated with the different stages of pregnancy. We use a pregnacy pillow for added comfort.
Relaxation massage:
designed to soothe those tired and aching muscles, inducing a state of relaxation. Ideal to help unwind after a strenuous day.
Our practitioners have worked with elite sporting teams including Richmond Football Club (AFL), Carlton Football Club (AFL), Melbourne Storm (NRL) and South Dragons (NBL) as well as many Commonwealth and Olympic team members.
